The Committee on Pensions moved to amend the bill on page 18, section 4b, line 9, after the word "review" by changing the period to a colon and inserting the following proviso:  Provided, That after December 31, 2022, all policemen’s and firemen’s pension and relief funds, regardless of funding ratio shall, prior to such issuance, be approved by the Municipal Pension Oversight Board and provided to the Joint Committee on Government and Finance for prior review.
